Creating Tier2Assist Script for tickets submitted from specific domains
Hello All,
I'm attempting to implement an 'If' rule for e-mails submitted from specific domains, but I'm not to familiar with Blocky/Javascript.
Would anyone have some direction as to how to script this within Tier2Assist?
