Connectwise - Move report link to internal notes
For the Connectwise integration, it would be much better if the report link in new tickets was entered into the internal notes section instead of the main, user visible section. This will stop users from taking remote control of their own systems and other potential issues if/when they look at their full ticket info in our portal.

HI Frick, this is on our immediate road-map. We hope to have it done by the end of the week
will this update be seamless to us, or will we need to update the client?
