I'd like to configure a user as "trusted" but the email address is wrong. can we edit it on the back end or is that something on his computer that needs to be cleared out?
Trusted actually is a manual setting that only applies to the specific user account on that specific computer. This is just for tagging known good users by hand that have been authenticated in the past by some other means. So it will really only apply to that specific scenario. If the user changes their email address and re-submits then you can tag that as trusted as well.
